Born and raised in Los Angeles, California, Jessica established her company in July of 2014. Having worked in design for nearly ten years, she spent her first four specializing in fashion design. While at London Fashion Week in 2009, a business opportunity to design a residence overlooking Hyde Park came her way, leading her to the world of interior design.  Deeming this was in fact her passion, she continued working in London, New York and Los Angeles taking on both residential and commercial projects.  She later pursued her certificate in Interior Design at UCLA, which complimented her undergraduate bachelor of arts from UCLA in Communication Studies.  Since completing the program, she’s worked for two reputable Los Angeles firms including Waldo’s Designs and Studio Preveza before opening Jessica Shaouli Designs.

An avid traveler, Jessica’s professional and academic experience is strengthened by her continued exposure to various international styles and cultures. This exposure continues to broaden her vision and directly contributes to her specialization in integrating unique and classic aesthetics. She has experience with a multitude of styles including but not limited to: Art Nouveau, Traditional, Industrial, Spanish, Minimalist, Tuscan, Moroccan, English Country, French, Rustic, Shabby Chic, Art Deco and Mid-Century Modern design.

Jessica is dedicated to providing her clients with a style that suits their needs and respects the integrity of their home or workspace.  She prides herself on preserving comfort and efficiency, which results in design that is innovative and edgy yet classic at the same time.  To her, great design is an amalgam of an elegant color palette, great textures and shapes, and refined pieces to create a polished and sophisticated look.  Her creative process is a collaboration with her clients by which great communication enables her to seamlessly bring their vision to fruition.
